- Bespoke Nature: We aim to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, colors, measurements, and visual variations may occur due to the custom nature of our printed magnetic products.
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and raw material availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, price errors, or technically unfeasible customization requests.
- Accuracy of Custom Specifications: The Customer assumes 100% responsibility for the accuracy of all custom details provided at the time of purchase (including but not limited to spelling, alignment, photo resolution, color selections, and dimensions). We manufacture goods exactly as submitted. We are not liable for customer-input errors, and refunds or remakes will not be granted for such mistakes.

Because our items are custom-made, bespoke, and manufactured strictly to individual specifications provided by the Customer, we enforce a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, AND NO CANCELLATION policy. Production begins immediately upon payment capture. Once an order is placed, materials are allocated, and the order cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Carrier Liability
- Delivery Estimates: Shipping and production times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Transfer of Liability: We provide valid tracking numbers for all packages. Our legal liability for the delivery of the goods ends the moment the package is scanned as "Accepted" or "In Possession" by the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL).
- Claims of Non-Delivery: If a tracking number indicates the package was "Delivered," this serves as conclusive, legally binding proof of delivery. Everbound Magnets LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or porch-pirated items after carrier delivery has occurred.
- Required Cooperation: In the rare event of a carrier loss in transit, the Customer agrees to cooperate fully with any carrier investigations before any alternative options can be evaluated.
7. Mandatory Pre-Dispute Resolution (Chargeback Waiver)
The Customer explicitly agrees that by checking the agreement box at checkout, they waive their right to file a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for "Product Not Received" if tracking shows a completed delivery, or for "Not as Described" based on choices the customer made or approved during the ordering process. The Customer agrees to contact our customer support team directly to resolve any issues in good faith before contacting their banking institution. Filing an unauthorized dispute constitutes a breach of this contract.
